On The Hour. Aptly named as this bridge opened 'on the hour' for decades. Print of the famous watercolor by the late Andrew Jack Andropolis. He was a full-time resident artist in Door County. This is sublimated to aluminum. Very vivid color recreation and very good archival properties. 20" wide by 16" tall. With a mounting bracket on back.
From our fulfillment partner. "Images for metal prints are sublimated to aluminum panels that have a special coating applied. Due to the nature of this coating, there can sometimes be minor surface imperfections – such as small bumps or tiny bubbles. ACI carefully inspects all panels for imperfections. If there are any surface problems, the image is placed on the panel so the imperfection is as inconspicuous as possible. These minor surface problems are a part of the product. Metal prints are not remade unless the surface problem is in a very noticeable part of the image".

Artist 'short' bio.. He truly lived 'The Cherry Life! and his wife still does..
Andrew Jack Andropolis (1932-2013). Annette and her late husband Jack, created art, food, & vacations in Door County for nearly 50 years & Ann still has the resort going strong. Jack a former school art teacher had four galleries at different times in his life the last being inside the Fairfield Gallery, he was co-owner of the Perry's Cherry™ Diner & Andropolis Waterfront Cottages. Ann and his life inspired our tagline we have used for Door County across our properties for years. Live The Cherry Life!™ Why? I see many people dream of chucking it all and moving up here and either buying a restaurant, opening an art gallery or buying a resort. Well, he did it all and all at the same time all while raising four boys on their waterfront home.
